A boutique development of two high-end, contemporary townhouses, this project was designed to deliver a refined, turnkey living experience. Every detail was carefully considered—from architectural finishes to interior styling—with window furnishings playing a key role in elevating both aesthetics and functionality.
The developer, who built the homes to live in one and sell the other, invested in premium, design-led solutions throughout. The result is a cohesive, luxurious feel where each space is enhanced by thoughtful light control, privacy, and visual softness.
A Cohesive Street Presence
From the façade, a consistent and elegant look is achieved through sheer curtains visible across every window. This creates a soft, inviting exterior while maintaining privacy and allowing natural light to filter through.
In the master bedrooms of both Townhouse A and Townhouse B, a double curtain system has been installed—however, only the sheer is visible externally. The blockout lining is cleverly designed to stack back neatly behind the plaster, preserving the clean architectural lines while delivering superior room darkening when needed.
Living Spaces That Feel Larger, Lighter, and More Refined
The heart of each home features a stunning open-plan living and dining area, framed by a wall-to-wall S-fold sheer curtain. Designed to recess seamlessly into the joinery, the curtain stacks away effortlessly, maintaining the integrity of the space.
Set against striking black aluminium windows, the sheer curtain softens the architecture, diffuses natural light, and provides daytime privacy—while acting as an elegant backdrop that draws you in from the moment you step through the front door. The S-fold design enhances the sense of height and width, making the space feel even more expansive.
Premium Comfort in the Master Suite
The master bedrooms showcase a high-end double curtain solution. A sheer curtain sits at the front, with a blockout lining curtain positioned behind it, closer to the window.
During the day, the lining disappears neatly behind the sheer, revealing the full window and maintaining a light, open feel. At night, it delivers exceptional room darkening—offering both luxury and practicality for future homeowners.
Consistency Across Every Room
A seamless design language continues throughout the home. The retreat and additional bedrooms are all fitted with wall-to-wall sheer curtains, creating a calm and cohesive aesthetic.
In one bedroom featuring fluted glass for built-in privacy, a customised approach was taken. Instead of layering products, a single lined curtain was installed—using the same sheer fabric, backed with blockout lining on one track. This maintains visual consistency with the rest of the home while avoiding unnecessary bulk.
In one of the bedrooms, a wall-to-wall sheer curtain was used despite the narrow highlight window, creating a softer aesthetic that makes the space feel larger and more refined. A blockout roller blind sits behind, providing privacy and room darkening at night.
Considered Detail in Every Wet Area
The fully appointed bathrooms and wet areas in this beautiful development have been thoughtfully designed with a focus on quality, comfort, and timeless style. While there are no window furnishings in these spaces, the carefully selected finishes, fixtures, and layout details make them a standout feature worth highlighting.
Indoor–Outdoor Connection
The outdoor spaces are designed to seamlessly extend the living areas, with a covered alfresco creating a comfortable indoor-outdoor connection. Flowing from the main living zone into the garden, these areas offer a perfect balance of relaxation and functionality for everyday living and entertaining.
