S-Fold Sheer Curtains
Behind the front desk at the Tiptop Blinds showroom, an angled S-fold sheer curtain in Zepel's Allusion Snow cascades beautifully along the wall. Made from a linen-blend fabric, this bestseller showcases a natural, organic aesthetic, demonstrating how texture, light filtration, and elegant draping can transform a space with understated sophistication.
Folding Arm Awnings
On display in the Clayton showroom are our folding arm awnings — Shan, Kumo, Piuma, Klip, and Feng — featuring fully enclosed cassettes and open designs with aluminium pelmets. Fully motorised and shown at full scale (5 m wide × 2 m projection), visitors can see exactly how each awning will look and operate.
Plantation Shutters
On display in the Clayton showroom are plantation shutters in timber and faux wood (PVC), perfect for wet areas. Shutters are shown in classic white, Dulux-matched colours, black, and dove gray. A full window of timber bifold shutters with wide blades delivers a stunning "wow" effect, showcasing scale and elegance.
Sheer Curtain Fabric Library
The Clayton showroom's fabric library for sheer curtains showcases hundreds of fabrics in a range of shades, textures, and transparency levels. Featuring heading styles like S-fold, wave-fold, pinch pleat, pencil pleat, and more, it allows customers to touch, feel, and explore — the highlight of any visit.
Roller Blinds Display
Almost every new home in Melbourne features roller blinds, and at Tiptop Blinds they can become a true design feature. Our showroom displays fabrics in a variety of colours, textures, transparency levels, and styles. Finished with our flagship wrapped base rail and fully motorised, these roller blinds are both stylish and functional.
Nine-Metre Sheer Curtain
On display is a spectacular sheer curtain spanning nine metres wall-to-wall and ceiling-to-floor in the contemporary S-fold. Finished with a folded hem one centimetre off the floor and fully motorised, it showcases ultimate luxury and the wow factor.
Double Curtains with Recessed Pelmet
In the front bay of the showroom, double curtains are displayed in a recessed pelmet, with both tracks fully hidden for a seamless finish. A sheer curtain is installed in a recessed ceiling track, where the plaster is cut to embed the track into the ceiling, creating a completely flush, minimalist aesthetic.
Skylight Blinds
In the showroom atrium, skylight blinds showcase both motorised full blockout and translucent fabrics in a zip-screen style. These full-scale displays demonstrate how skylight solutions control light, reduce glare, and maintain comfort.
Double Roller Blinds
Our double roller blinds, also called dual roller blinds, are ideal for entry-level window treatments, providing both daytime privacy and night-time blockout. Featured in Linensque blockout and Classic Cool sunscreen fabrics, finished with our flagship wrapped base rail.
FENG Folding Arm Awning
The FENG folding arm awning is our flagship shade solution, featuring a fully enclosed aluminium cassette with a sleek, rounded aesthetic and optional integrated lighting. Fully motorised and retractable, it combines style and functionality.
Hardware & Brackets
At Tiptop Blinds, we showcase a full range of hardware and brackets for single or double roller blinds. Whether installing in the window reveal, on the face or architrave, or using specially designed dual brackets, customers can see exactly how each option works.
